Electra 2.0 hydros can be equipped with different types of 48 Volt low voltage battery packs designed specifically for the device. The possibility to use different types of batteries (LiFePO4, AGM and lead acid) allows the machine to be adapted to the specific working requirements and budget of each customer. Depending on the battery type chosen, runtime ranges from nine to ten hours, and is therefore able to cover an entire work shift. The tried and tested technology used minimises the environmental footprint and offers high levels of recyclability, as well as high levels of safety thanks to the low voltage.

Electra 2.0 hydros can be equipped with a wide variety of external single-phase and three-phase battery chargers with different voltages, power ratings and charging times to fully meet customer requirements. It can also be fitted with an on-board battery charger which allows the batteries to be charged at any public car charging point. Moreover, Electra 2.0 hydros is also equipped with a regenerative braking system which allows the device’s runtime to be further extended.

The Electra 2.0 hydro electric street washer is equipped with a high-pressure washing system with 50 l (13.21 gal)- 35 bar or 21 l (5.55 gal) /60 bar pump. Washing operations are performed by an AISI 304 stainless-steel washing bar installed at the front of the machine. Thanks to the numerous types of optional extendable electric washing bars, it is possible to achieve increased washing performance by extending the washing width up to 2,400 mm (94.49 in). Electra 2.0 Hydro is also equipped with a washing lance connected to a 360°rotating arm to allow for thorough washing and sanitisation of less accessible areas and street furniture. During the work phase, the self-balancing nature of each component adapts to any road surface to ensure perfect operation at all times.

Electra 2.0 hydro is equipped with a 1,550 l (409.47 gal) capacity clean water tank, offering maximum runtime. The wear-resistant main tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is connected to a secondary fibreglass tank. Two large upper openings which allow for internal inspection and the UNI G45 standard filler make filling and maintaining them easy operations. The secondary tank is also fitted with a ball cock to facilitate emptying. The display in the cab allows the water level to be checked at any time.

The ergonomic and soundproofed waterproof aluminium cab of the Electra 2.0 hydros washer offers a very high level of comfort to the operator along with a unique driving experience, thanks also to the damped four-wheel suspension. Equipped with two adjustable and anatomic shock-absorbing seats, it allows the operators to work in total comfort and safety with minimal vibration and unparalleled soundproofing. The control display is ergonomic and intuitive, featuring a user-friendly interface and brand-new cutting edge graphic design; it offers great ease of use which makes it possible to concentrate on the work to be performed without any distractions. The innovative headlights, panoramic LAMINATED anti-glare windscreen, and brand-new fully glazed doors with reduced window frame provide optimal visibility, however optional supplementary video cameras are available to provide an even wider view of the surrounding area. Safety is no less important either inside the cab, with reversing camera as standard, seat belts and a Bluetooth radio, or outside with enhanced lighting of the sweeping area to ensure full visibility during night-time operation or in poor visibility. Electra 2.0 hydros is equipped with a next-generation electronic air conditioning and heating system which is both efficient and powerful.
